Waterjet cutting

We perform metal turning on CNC machines with a feeder for materials up to 64 mm in diameter, which allows us to produce precise and shape-demanding parts. In addition to CNC technology, we also use conventional lathes with digital measuring to achieve maximum accuracy.

Our most common jobs include turning shafts, bushings, diffusers, pins, flanges, pulleys and threaded rods. However, we are able to flexibly adapt our services for other types of products according to customer needs.

Advantages of waterjet cutting:

  • No thermal influence on the material: The so-called “cold cut” prevents deformation and preserves the original material properties.
  • High precision: tolerances of 0.1 to 0.2 mm are achieved.
  • Minimal kerf: The cut is narrow, which saves material and ensures smooth edges.
  • Versatility: the technology can cut most materials in a variety of thicknesses.
  • No micro-cracks: no cracks are formed, guaranteeing quality even on sensitive materials.
  • Large working area: A working range of 2000 x 3000 mm allows processing of even larger parts.
