Micropunch marking

Micro-punch marking is a precision technology that works on the principle of contact between the carbide needle and the material. This method ensures a permanent marking that remains visible even under a layer of paint or after further surface treatments such as blasting or galvanizing.

Thanks to this technology, micro-strike marking is widely used in the automotive, metallurgical, engineering and other industries. It enables marking of texts (e.g. date, time, serial numbers, VIN codes, 2D Datamatrix), logos and graphic motifs. Marking can be done single-line or multi-line, on flat or semi-flat surfaces. The micro-punch technology can mark metals up to 64 HRC hardness, but also wood, plastic and glass. The maximum size of the marking window is 100 x 150 mm.
