Mechanical work

Our machine fleet includes two column drills and one radial drill, which allow us to perform not only hole drilling but also a variety of other manufacturing operations. We specialize in hole finishing such as countersinking, reaming and tapping. The robust design of the radial drill makes it easy to handle even large and heavy workpieces, and holes up to 55 mm in diameter can be drilled.

For threading we use the Roscamat MOSQUITO VH 300 pantographic tapping tool, which, thanks to its unique design and twin arms, ensures perfect perpendicularity of the tool to the clamping plane. This achieves high precision in every tapping operation. The rotatable head of the tapping tool allows working in both vertical and horizontal positions in the range of 0°-90°, ensuring easy access to horizontal holes without the need to rotate the workpiece. In addition, the arm of the tapping tool can be raised by 120 mm, allowing tapping at different heights in one clamping. Threads are processed in the range M2-M14.
