Our inspection centre is fully equipped with all the necessary instruments for measuring tolerances in engineering production. Basic equipment includes the LH600 linear altimeter and the ApexS 3D coordinate measuring machine, both of which are fitted with precision granite plates for maximum measurement accuracy.
We also use the FARO Arm Edge 9 measuring arm with a 2.7m range, which features an LCD display, USB interface, thermal compensation and wireless communication. This system is equipped with Polyworks Inspector Premium software and part scanning preparation, which allows us to create detailed graphical reports and greatly increases the comfort and accuracy of the measurements.
For hardness measurements, we use the Rockwell Superficial R-15D, which allows us to measure a wide range of hardness scales, including HRA, HRB, HRC, HRD, HRF, HV, HK, HBW, HR15N, HR30N, HR45N, HR15T, HR30T and HR45T, without the need to convert values to tables.
Our basic gauges include cylindrical and thread gauges, cavity gauges, precision angle gauges, deflection gauges and other measuring tools. All gauges are regularly calibrated, ensuring their accuracy and reliability for all types of inspections and measurements.
