We offer spare capacity in the field of chip and thermal cutting of material. We cut solid and profile material on two band saws or on a circular saw in both perpendicular and angled cuts. The PILOUS band saws have an infinitely adjustable range of cutting angles (60° right, 45° left) and allow efficient cutting of material in a bundle.
Especially when cutting materials with larger thicknesses or dimensions, we use the thermal oxygen cutting method, which is suitable for non-alloyed or low-alloy steels. In addition to the theoretically unlimited thickness of the material to be cut, this technology is distinguished by its very high cutting quality.

After confirming your order, we will produce the individual parts exactly according to your documentation, including any required surface finishes or additional refinements.
Based on this, we will prepare a detailed quotation including an estimated completion date.
