CNC Turning

We perform metal turning on CNC machines with a feeder for materials up to 64 mm in diameter, which allows us to produce precise and shape-demanding parts. In addition to CNC technology, we also use conventional lathes with digital measuring to achieve maximum accuracy.

Our most common jobs include turning shafts, bushings, diffusers, pins, flanges, pulleys and threaded rods. However, we are able to flexibly adapt our services for other types of products according to customer needs.

Mechanical equipment:

  • Akira Seiki SL25 M (Dmax = 400 mm, Lmax = 600 mm)
  • SV18 universal lathe (Dmax = 250 mm, Lmax = 900 mm)
  • SU50 spindle lathe

  • TRAUB TNL 26 (Dmax = 26mm)
  • INDEX T65 (Dmax = 65mm)

How will our cooperation work?

Just send us an enquiry, to which you will attach a drawing documentation of your parts.

After confirming your order, we will produce the individual parts exactly according to your documentation, including any required surface finishes or additional refinements.

Based on this, we will prepare a detailed quotation including an estimated completion date.

We will deliver the finished parts to you at a pre-agreed time and in a manner that suits you.
